Birdcage Presents: Yoga with Nanna
Yoga is back in the Birdcage Studios! While we love to party and make art together to nourish our souls, we are now turning inwards to take care of our bodies and mind. In this weekly session, we will experience different types of Yoga under the wonderful guidance of Nanna. Wether you are an experienced yogi, or just wanting to get a taste of it, everybody is welcome to join in our cozy sessions. Afterwards there will be space to drink a tea together, and for the adventurous ones, you are welcome to stay for a dance in our Radio studio.
